I rated 9s in some areas because there was some technical difficulties and delays but that was mainly out of anyone’s control and was due to the weather that day. I also rated a 9 on the quality because I was hoping my color would have been less warm but it was still very good, additionally, the students did a good job but I think they could have been more confident! Being confident (even if you don’t feel it totally) can help the client feel more confident :) sometimes I was a little nervous because of how clearly nervous the students were - but again they did a very good job!
