Jeanine is fantastic! My 2.5 yr old HATES to have his haircut, and he makes sure that everyone in the entire salon knows it. Jeanine was so patient and calm with him, and Karen did her best to try to distract him and dry his tears while his hair was being cut. The only way he seemed to actually tolerate his hair being cut was standing on the floor, so Jeanine didn't bat an eye and cut his hair while kneeling. I can't say enough about how fantastic everyone is at ReNew!
