I was hesitant to try a new place since the salon I use to go to for years has changed personnel. I looked online for salons in the area and Renew came up with great reviews. I scheduled an appointment with Vicki. Vicki is a real professional and did an awesome job! She has years of experience and knowledgeable in her field. We discussed what I was looking for in a haircut, color and highlights. She exceeded my expectations not to mention a great blowout. Came out of the salon feeling like a million bucks. Everyone there is friendly and from what I saw did great work. Jen is very friendly, warm and helpful with excellent customer service, she treats you like family. Renew Salon, definitely my new hair place!
