Heather washed my hair this time. I really appreciated that she was gentle, really make sure she did not hurt me, and did a thorough job, which is not the case with some of the other times I have had my hair washed/rinsed after color from some of the assistants. Sometimes they seem like they are in a big hurry, do not use much shampoo or conditioner, and barely seem to get the dye out of my hair.
