I am very happy with my colour and experience at the Salon. I am a Senior, on a fixed budget and was sorry to here that you did not give a Senior Discount. That would be the reason I would not be able to refer any of my friends.

I am not sure I can continue to get color done there. It is pretty expensive compared to other local salons. I pay $220 for a cut, root touch up color and hilites. I have asked friends several times and they pay around $150 for all of that. I love Christy and she does a fabulous job, but by the time I pay that amount plus a tip, that is really high.

Lena does a great job and I really like the results. My hair looks terrific. My only challenge is that you're about 25% higher than what I was paying at another local salon for an equivalent service. I think she's worth it but I struggle a bit with the overall cost, especially since my color has to be redone every six weeks.

Appt was scheduled at wrong however they did get me in with someone else. Was happy for that however I didn't get what I wanted at all. Spending 360 for a Highlight is very expensive she did say she would do a dark shadow which wasn't dark at all and my gray roots still very noticeable. Very disappointed this time around
