Cindy always does a great job on my hair. I wanted some low maintenance high lights, ones where when my roots grew out a bit it would not look like a disaster. She found a gorgeous blond shade that complements my natural dirty blonde roots. I love my hair, even when my roots grow out!!

Absolutely love Kat. She’s the best. Feel like the shop needs a good cleaning. Dead bugs in the light fixtures.

Thanks for your feedback. The salon is professionally cleaned 5 days a week. We have noticed the lights need to be cleaned. Especially the one which stays on 24-7 for security. The ceiling is higher than I can reach, so I need to work with the landlord to have it done and it is on his to-do list along with many other maintenance concerns. I’ve been a client of Lena’s for over 2 years when I relocated to Elizabeth. This salon is wonderful!! The service and quality is a “10”. I love the customer centered attitude from everyone that works there- the vibe when you walk in the door and great Mountain View makes it a great salon feel. My 1st appointment with Lena she corrected my color and is the most knowledgeable color professional person that I’ve been to. Lena always works with me on styling and helped me figure out what to do with my hair when I got married in August. This salon uses quality products and I always get the best service there - I’m there every 6 weeks and have never had anything but greatness- cut, color and style from Lena. I recommend this salon and especially LENA. It seems the other stylists are also good too. I won’t go anywhere else after 2 years + going to HairColorExperts.
