Absolutely love Kat. She’s the best. Feel like the shop needs a good cleaning. Dead bugs in the light fixtures.

Thanks for your feedback. The salon is professionally cleaned 5 days a week. We have noticed the lights need to be cleaned. Especially the one which stays on 24-7 for security. The ceiling is higher than I can reach, so I need to work with the landlord to have it done and it is on his to-do list along with many other maintenance concerns. Cindy always does a great job on my hair. I wanted some low maintenance high lights, ones where when my roots grew out a bit it would not look like a disaster. She found a gorgeous blond shade that complements my natural dirty blonde roots. I love my hair, even when my roots grow out!!
