Probably the worst shave in town. It was less than 15 minutes mostly electric razor. No beard softening… I just don’t understand how this is sold as a 45 minute wet shave.

The left side of the top of my head wasn’t even cut and is now longer than the middle and right side of my head. I specifically told him to cut half of all the length on the top of my head.

I have always loved your salon, but today was very difficult. My stylist is Andy, and his chair is broken. It was incredibly uncomfortable for the entire hour. As soon as I got up, my back was really hurting. Please either repair the chair or get a new one. I can’t endure another hour in that broken chair.

I recently paid $50 for a 20 minute pedicure. I expressed that I wanted to have a clear coat on my nails. She was going to paint nail polish with my Birkenstocks on that’s when I stopped there and had enough. I don’t understand if she knew, but it was a horrible experience.

Sadly this may be the worst haircut I’ve ever had. It was barely touched, apart from really, really poor shearing of the area around my ears, which I’ve only noticed upon getting to Denver. My hair was in desperate need of a hair cut and it’s STILL in desperate need of a haircut - in fact even more so now, as it needs correcting.

I learned upon arrival that Hector was sick and unavailable available to give me the haircut today. So I got booked with someone else. I was told that the rescheduled appointment was at 10:30am. So when I arrived at 10:35 I was told that I was 10mins late and it wasn’t possible for me to get the haircut any

Richard - I left you a message at 9:13 am before your 10:00 am appointment informing you that unfortunately, Hektor was sick. You never returned the call and then arrived 15 minutes late for your appointment. I asked you if you got the message and you said no. I told you that I would try to accommodate and that if you could wait a little bit, we would get you in. I managed to get you booked with Heath at 10:25. You asked if you could go to your car and wait. I said of course and to come back in at 10:25 sharp as we book on the 5 minute increments so it's important you are on time. At 10:25 you had not come back in so our stylist went to the parking lot to see if you were still available. You told him you were on the phone and that you'd be in in a few minutes. You came in about 10 minutes later and by that time the next guest that was scheduled for an appointment had arrived. We then rebooked you for 11:20 am which you agreed to. I'm really disappointed that you left us such a bad review as we did everything we could to accommodate under the circumstances. - Tad G., Owner
