After my haircut, I waited patiently 10 full minutes to pay, while the receptionist scheduled half a dozen appointments weeks in the future for a guy on the phone. I was left standing there, live & in person & put on “hold” because the phone call took priority. He did comp my haircut, nevertheless such customer service is very unprofessional.

Probably the worst shave in town. It was less than 15 minutes mostly electric razor. No beard softening… I just don’t understand how this is sold as a 45 minute wet shave.

The left side of the top of my head wasn’t even cut and is now longer than the middle and right side of my head. I specifically told him to cut half of all the length on the top of my head.

I recently paid $50 for a 20 minute pedicure. I expressed that I wanted to have a clear coat on my nails. She was going to paint nail polish with my Birkenstocks on that’s when I stopped there and had enough. I don’t understand if she knew, but it was a horrible experience.

Sadly this may be the worst haircut I’ve ever had. It was barely touched, apart from really, really poor shearing of the area around my ears, which I’ve only noticed upon getting to Denver. My hair was in desperate need of a hair cut and it’s STILL in desperate need of a haircut - in fact even more so now, as it needs correcting.

I will decide if I ever return. Experience with barber was impersonal, maybe the quickest haircut in my life, completely felt like an assembly line and I was one quick cog in the process. The outcome is adequate, the process was unpleasant and made me feel like I was either senile or irrelevant. I've referred many there but that will stop.
