Shave excellent. Haircut truly disappointing. Booked advertised luxury haircut with shampoo and conditioner. Chair couldn't reach the shampoo bowl and stylist didn't have a clue about a shampoo. Showed pictures of how I wanted my haircut to look. Stylist never looked at the picture and my cut didn't come out anywhere close to the picture. Moved onto a manicure which was also very disappointing. If you're going there for a shave it's great, otherwise I'd pass on the experience.

I was very excited to return for a haircut with Adam, who did a great job on my hair only 4 weeks ago. However, Adam had no idea who I was and didn’t remember ever cutting my hair. Very disappointed

I recently moved to the area and was referred to Palm Spring's Fine Men's Salon by some friends of mine. I decided to book an appointment for an Exclusive Men's Haircut after reading some reviews and visiting the website. It seemed to be the exact salon/experience I was looking for. Upon arrival there was no reservation because I hadn't confirmed online or received an email stating so. The gentleman working the front desk was very accommodating and offered me an appointment but 3 hours later with another stylist and for a Standard Men's Haircut. After confirming I was a local, I also booked my future appointment with the stylist/service I had originally chosen. After the haircut, product and styling (included with a Standard Men's Haircut) wasn't offered. I inquired about a shampoo service but was informed that it's not included with the standard cut. You would think as a prospective future client a shampoo would have been offered in lieu of no product or styling. Not to mention, my hair is only an inch long and the wash bowl is literally directly behind the chair where you receive your haircut. I was pleased with the service I received but was just expecting a higher level of customer service than what was received.

Additionally, I’m glad to hear that you were happy with the service you received, even though that wasn’t the ideal service you wanted. I discussed this with the staff and I understand that you didn’t actually complete the online booking transaction and that’s why it wasn’t appearing on our books. I’m sorry about that but as you know, we tried to accommodate. Unfortunately, we were almost completely booked on June 24 and only had one spot open for a Standard Haircut. That’s a 30 minute service which is why we couldn’t offer the wash, conditioner and hot towel service (typically 45 minutes). It appears you cancelled the future appointment you referenced below so I’m sorry if you don’t plan on returning. I would like to do whatever we can to remediate the issue. The front desk person was super friendly.. no issue... I schedule a nose and ear wax with Juana.. she was very nice and friendly.. but really just not up to the task... why? 1. After doing my ears, she went back with scissors to get some missed hairs. I have never had this done before.. Sure, some hairs are missed.. fine.. but use tweezers. 2. She failed to wax the central rim of my ear.. lobe? yes. top of ear? yes.. mid section.. no.. and I had to shave both ears when I got home.. 3. Nose wax.. well, same thing here... she went back with scissors to get missed hairs.. well, I can do that myself.. if properly applied, the wax should have gotten the hairs.. if not, repeat.. 4. Worst of all.. when I got home, I realized that she didn't protect my beard... and some wax got on my beard and now I have a missing gap in my beard under my nose where she let some wax on it... sweet Mary and Joseph... No, I don't want a refund.. I'm not looking for anything as that will muddy the waters of my feedback.. My feedback is without any request for anything... I will say that I had Andy do the waxing before and he was very good... If I choose to return, I'll ask for him..... Again, Juana could not. have been nicer... just not up to the task.. and now I will look like Shrek (or even more like Shrek) for about 3 days until my beard grows back... argh...
