Not sure why this gentleman is doing waxing. This is not what I am used to with the other guy and maybe he is off today but this was a bit of a train wreck. He didn't leave the wax on long enough and then was taking it off with his fingernails. The wax was too hot and therefore he had to use a blow dryer to cool it down once it was on my skin... not good. I guess I need to find out who is working on the day that I make my appointment. I also got home and found tons of wax still in my nose.
