Lexi was incredibly welcoming and put my mind at home ease as soon as I met her! I’m a hairstylist that graduated from Vidal Sassoon in Santa Monica in 1998 and maintain my license to the state although I don’t work anymore. She is not only extremely talented in her color knowledge but she is a great people person! I live on the East Coast and the West Coast and she will be the only person that does my hair until it falls out! Lexi is a great addition to your salon! Your reception area was very attentive to every one that had come in after me and myself, quality of service was very good! Thank you for giving me the best highlight I’ve ever had! I've been to the salon about 6 times now and the only issue I have is that I don't think you guys have run on time for my haircut even one time. You are always about 10-15 minutes behind schedule. Perhaps you need to schedule more time between appointments? I just don't think it's respectful of your clients time to always be running behind.
