had difficulty on their site booking a completion. Did not receive the barber I requested. Some confusion with booking and once making my appointment. Haircut was pretty good.

My 45 minute pedicure was barely 30 minutes. That made it a disappointing experience. I could have received a 30 minute pedicure anywhere for less.

I came in for a wax, enjoyed the company of Juan, who was new to me. When I got home, I realized he had missed several key spots on my back and shoulders, and I had to get out a razor to temporarily finish the job to erase hair that will grow back rather quickly. Very disappointing--never had that problem with Anthony. I still think The Salon is a wonderful spot though!

This overall experience was good. The ambience of the salon is really nice. I think that the experience could be enhanced by focusing more time on the total foot experience… A methodical approach to each part of the pedicure. I certainly think that more time could have been spent to massage the feet. Alexia was a wonderful clinician and I would enjoy getting a pedicure from her again.
