had difficulty on their site booking a completion. Did not receive the barber I requested. Some confusion with booking and once making my appointment. Haircut was pretty good.

My 45 minute pedicure was barely 30 minutes. That made it a disappointing experience. I could have received a 30 minute pedicure anywhere for less.

This overall experience was good. The ambience of the salon is really nice. I think that the experience could be enhanced by focusing more time on the total foot experience… A methodical approach to each part of the pedicure. I certainly think that more time could have been spent to massage the feet. Alexia was a wonderful clinician and I would enjoy getting a pedicure from her again.

The website is awful. Slow loading. Errors out. I tell Ed or William each time, still the same. Now a Credit card is required at booking. I understand cancellations may be a problem, but this sends the wrong message William argued with me about my 5th cut on my last visit. Kept telling me I was wrong, when I wasn't.

Hi Lee - I'm sorry to see your dissatisfaction with our website. To be honest, this is the first time I've heard that it is slow loading and errors out. Generally, we've received positive feedback on our site, so I'm sorry that you've encountered difficulties. The credit card will only be accessed if a deposit is required (only certain services) and/or if an appointment is cancelled outside of the terms of the cancellation policy. Regardless, if you don't want to keep this information on file you can book your appointments while you're in the salon or call us and we'll be happy to assist you that way. Our system automatically grants the 5th haircut free after VIP enrollment and you got a free haircut on October 27. It appears that we may have given you the 5th haircut free (after your first haircut on May 27) even though we didn’t enroll you in the VIP Club until July 9. Please check your records and let me know if that’s incorrect. If you would like to discuss over the phone, please let me know and I’ll be happy to call you. - Tad Green, Owner
