Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Will took great care with me as I was going for a new look. He took the time to ask lots of questions to understand what I wanted then walked me through the processes of coloring and styling. Super happy with the end result. I've been coming here for the last year and the quality, cleanliness and staff are AWESOME! One tid-bit I'd like to ask is except for one previous visit, having a conversation is like pulling teeth. At times, the feeling was as if I was bothering the stylist by being there, similarly, on follow-up visits, If I don't initiate the convo, it's dead silent. I'm not a big conversationalist, but just that little be of GENUINE interest in the person in front of them goes a long way.

I couldn't be happier with the waxing services provided by Anthony. He does a fantastic job making it as painless as possible. Waxing my back as always been a very vulnerable thing for me but Anthony creates the right climate of trust and profesionalism for me to feel comfortable. I highly recommend him.
