I’ve been coming to Palm Springs Men’s salon for a year since we moved here. I had to cancel my appointment with Adam for work and then I got assigned to someone who got sick and then I got assigned to someone else who gave me a below par haircut. It’s a first bad experience that I have had at your salon. I will continue to come to you, but I’m only going to see Adam.

My last 2 visits to PS Fine Mens Salon have been so so. To be honest, I did not like how the stylists ultimately cut my hair. It's fine, but I would not say they were great cuts. For example, both stylists did not know how to taper hair from short on the sides to longer on the top to make sure that it didn't look like it was a stark transition. To be fair, both did an OK job, but when I got home on both occasions I noticed a somewhat jagged transition from side to top. It will grow out, but it makes me think twice on whether to return to your salon. The last point is that the stylists were young guys with not enough experience, at least that's the impression I got. They may have plenty of experience, but how they cut my hair, I sensed otherwise. I probably will give PS Mens Fine Salon another chance and try another stylist. I like the business.

I like the salon but felt it was a 15 min very rushed haircut, and thanks, goodbye, see ya. Not much interaction on what I wanted from the cut? Did I want a wash, did I want product after, etc.

I am very satisfied with Bryan and his haircuts… the massage with Paul was very disappointing. I would not book again with him. Was definitely below average!

It was frustrating to try to explain when booking that I wanted a partial shave (I didn't know to use those words - I explained it as a beard trim/line up that I wanted done by a barber who could use a single blade razor and shaving cream.) The person with whom I spoke was distracted several times by helping others whilst he was on the phone with me. My barber wasn't therefore prepared for what I requested. I also find it interesting that some but not all of your customers are offered something to drink upon arrival. I've been offered twice in the 6-8 times I've been there; not this last time. Finally, I was disappointed I didn't get a full haircut since the barber was rushed to do the partial shave and no shampoo was offered. When I check out - every time - they 'ring me up' without asking or acknowleging I'm a VIP customer and then have to re-do it entirely which just takes unnecessary time. Feeling not good about the whole experience.

the salon is nice, but I feel it needs some fine tuning. Most of the stylists are good and if you decide to try them, be sure to book in advance.
