I came back because my first cut was great. Kris was out so they subbed Tonya. Tonya is very sweet but she simply did not and would not listen to me about the cut I wanted. After telling her Three times my hair was not short as I wanted I gave up. It’s an even but not desired cut. I won’t be back to see her. Very disappointed.

I recently moved to the area and was referred to Palm Spring's Fine Men's Salon by some friends of mine. I decided to book an appointment for an Exclusive Men's Haircut after reading some reviews and visiting the website. It seemed to be the exact salon/experience I was looking for. Upon arrival there was no reservation because I hadn't confirmed online or received an email stating so. The gentleman working the front desk was very accommodating and offered me an appointment but 3 hours later with another stylist and for a Standard Men's Haircut. After confirming I was a local, I also booked my future appointment with the stylist/service I had originally chosen. After the haircut, product and styling (included with a Standard Men's Haircut) wasn't offered. I inquired about a shampoo service but was informed that it's not included with the standard cut. You would think as a prospective future client a shampoo would have been offered in lieu of no product or styling. Not to mention, my hair is only an inch long and the wash bowl is literally directly behind the chair where you receive your haircut. I was pleased with the service I received but was just expecting a higher level of customer service than what was received.

Additionally, I’m glad to hear that you were happy with the service you received, even though that wasn’t the ideal service you wanted. I discussed this with the staff and I understand that you didn’t actually complete the online booking transaction and that’s why it wasn’t appearing on our books. I’m sorry about that but as you know, we tried to accommodate. Unfortunately, we were almost completely booked on June 24 and only had one spot open for a Standard Haircut. That’s a 30 minute service which is why we couldn’t offer the wash, conditioner and hot towel service (typically 45 minutes). It appears you cancelled the future appointment you referenced below so I’m sorry if you don’t plan on returning. I would like to do whatever we can to remediate the issue. I was scheduled for a haircut at 2:25pm this afternoon. Heath did a great job and I was very pleased with the haircut. When I went back to the front desk to pay for services I was advised that my pedicure was not scheduled until 3:30pm. I was not at all happy and asked how that happened….45 minutes between appointments. When I scheduled the two appointments, it was my understanding they would be back to back and I was told it might be a five minute wait once the haircut was finished to begin the pedicure. This is unacceptable scheduling and caused me to spend literally the majority of the afternoon to get nothing more than a haircut and a pedicureN
