I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation and professional work of Travis. However there were 2 to 3 people who were down the hallway from Travis that talked very loud throughout my entire spa treatment. I heard their whole conversation for over an hour If you want a spa experience the noise level( Especially from staff) should be low so that each customer/client can enjoy their spa treatment. That was the only constructive criticism response I would offer to management.

First, I appreciate the positive feedback on Travis’ services. The point you make on the noise level is very valid and I apologize. You should be able to expect to have a relaxing/spa like experience every time you come to our salon. Unfortunately, we at times have a high level of energy in the salon and stylists and guests tend to forget to be mindful of those who are receiving services and treatments to relax and unwind. However, that’s no excuse. We will talk to our team about your feedback and how important it is to be aware of other guests and services in the salon. - Tad Green, Owner
