Adorable place! Kristen was super sweet! It’s quite a bit more expensive than I am used to paying, that was the only negative.

Hi! We are so glad you had a good experience. If you're looking to save a few bucks I highly recommend our Prepaid KidsCut card. The card gets you 5 cuts for $90, bringing the price down to $18 a cut! Also, don't forget to sign up for a our loyalty program to earn points which translate into coupons/savings!

After having a terrible baby first cut experience somewhere else, I googled about a salon specialized in kids and Cookie Cutters came up in my browser. We decided to give it a try and I gotta say me and my husband absolutely loved it! And my baby, oh my God, he is a natural flirter lol he was smiling to the lady all the time, he didn't cry, he was so happy! Unfortunately there are no locations in NY, so we had to drive one hour to get to the closest one in NJ. Wish there was one closer. This said, I would have imagined prices were gonna be a little cheaper, specially compared to other slocations in PA, for example. Totally recommended for kids. Thank you Cookie Cutters!

I had an appt and had to wait 20 minutes. That wasn’t a big deal but we weren’t acknowledged at all after the woman at check in said it would be a few minutes. It would’ve been nice to be told how much longer or get a quick apology for having to wait. The stylist did a great job though and the set is great so we’ll be back. Just hope the customer service gets better.
