Overall, I was disappointed with the experience at the Cookie Cutters in Mahwah, NJ. When we walked in no one greeted us and we sat for 20 minutes after our appointment time before someone said hello and asked what we were there for. I did receive good advice for one of my daughters curly hair from Vicky, but then for my other daughter I was disappointed that BethAnn really did not blow dry her hair all the way through and we didn't look like we had just come from a salon.

Nunca mi hijo se había dejado cortar el pelo tan bien el tiene autismo y es muy sensible a los ruidos y a qué lo toquen pero esta experiencia ah sido fantástica gracias

My son saw Vicki this afternoon, and his haircut looks amazing. She really listened to what we wanted, and took special note to keep the falling hair away from his eyes (which drives him crazy). She was calm and soothing and was concerned with his comfort. Everyone was super friendly and the facility was clean and bright. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I just got my 7 year old son's haircut here. This salon is beautiful, clean, and kid friendly! The stylist did an excellent job. She was also efficient and quick. I feel we got a lot of bang for our buck. My son was so happy with his haircut that I bought the $90 prepaid cuts card, it was a great deal. I highly recommend this place.
