As a mom it's hard to see how freightened your little munchkin gets during anything especially a haircut. I just want to thank Kristen for her patience and how hard she tried to make my baby's haircut as perfect as possible through his screaming and panick. He looks so handsome. We've been to other places where the stylist became frustrated or annoyed and you could tell they didn't want to continue with the cut and how they lacked the empathy for a scared little one. Kristen tried to help me calm my son down and did the best job on his hair cut . So thank you we are definitely coming back!
