We had a great experience for mateos first haircut, but our first return visit was not so great with the stylist or the haircut we received.

Hair stylist was not friendly at all let alone kid friendly. The haircut she gave my son was extremely crooked. Will not be returning.

These bangs are so crooked and WAYYYY too short, now I have to figure out how to hide them until they grow out. I asked for a bang trim and a little bit off the end to look more like a bob. I’ve never had problems here and I’m so upset this is how it turned out Bc she’s going on a trip to see her daddy she hasn’t seen in 6 months and now she looks silly.

This location is very very dirty. The slide looked like something had spilled on it weeks ago and dirt stuck to it. The mats on the floor were disgusting. I asked how often they cleaned the slide area and the receptionist said every day. That is simply not try. It had obviously not been cleaned in WEEKS. the receptionist used the restroom before us and when we were in there the paper towels were out. She could have replaced them or maybe she didn't wash her hands. We will not be returning. The lady who cut our sons hair was very nice.

She was awful! I don’t even talk to my children the way she told him hold his head or hold still with an attitude! He’s flipping autistic for crying out loud!
