this is the 3rd time we have received a subpar haircut. If my grandson had been fussing and fighting that would be one thing, but he was just sitting there watching Mickey Mouse. I have 2 haircuts left on my prepaid card and then we will be finding a new place for his haircuts. Too bad because he does so well there and loves to play on the slide while he is there.

The atmosphere when we got to the salon was very hectic! There were kids there that weren't even customers kids, that were here r disturbing to the place!!! Not a very professional atmosphere at all!! The stylist was kind, but didn't even know how to download the frequent visitor card. That was not professional

We have come to Cookie Cutter's numerous times over the past couple years, and all 3 of my daughters have gotten hair cuts there. Today, there was only one staff member working, and she appeared to be clearly stressed. There was one boy getting ready to get his haircut when we walked in today, so it was not very busy. The environment was not clean today as it has been in the past. Usually, it is very tidy and well kept and has a pleasant feel with music quietly playing in the background. Today, it was completely, uncomfortably quiet. There was hair everywhere. It was very clear that the floor had not been swept in some time. There were piles of hair under and around the play set that made me uncomfortable for me to let my daughter play there while we were waiting. And, the play set itself appeared to be quite unclean. When it was time for my 3 year old to get her hair cut, I walked back to the chair with her, and there were hair clippings all over each station's chair and floor...clearly the floor had not been swept at all today. Then, the hair cutter asked my 3year old how she wanted her hair cut, and never consulted with me. I just had to step in and share what we wanted. The haircut turned out fine, but I was very disappointed in the customer service and the cleanliness of the environment today. This was very different then what we have experienced in the past.

Not sure of the hair stylist who cut my sons hair but she seemed as If she had no experience with children or just didn’t care . She seemed to be getting frustrated that my son was feeling overwhelm and crying and fighting getting his hair cut. We had given him a sucker and while he was eating I had to clean it off because she kept tossing hair towards his face and it landing on his sucker . I told her that . She said well I have to be able to see and continues to do it. He became very upset and didn’t want her touching him at all and in the process cut his ear and I think that is why he was acting like that.

Not nearly the environment I envisioned when booking my daughters first haircut, as we live an hour away and traveled to Greenwood just for this salon. The place was very quiet and not settling for a 1 year old. No bubbles or balloons to keep her occupied.. the cars were old and dirty. Just didn’t meet my expectations based off of what I saw on the website prior to booking.

Too bad it was post to be a straight line I never never come back
