The stylist scratched my child's neck while trimming it and when I pointed it out she didn't even bother to apologize. She took the brush that she was using to clean the hair off of him and kept brushing at the red marks as if they were going to go away. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this stylist (Sara) and I will not be bringing my children back.

If you're looking for a buzz cut or bowl cut, this is your place. Anything else seems to be too technically challenging for these stylists. Not a very clean place either. Bought lesson.

Kelsey was unprofessional and messed up on all three of my children’s hair. My son got the worst of it, the picture attached is one side of his head where she made a mistake and didn’t tell me. Had she told me, I would’ve been understanding and asked her to correct the problem right then. Instead, she chose not to tell me and made the other side longer. I had to come back and get all three of my children’s hair fixed by another stylist.

Rather dirty place, employees are not particularly friendly or knowledgeable. Neither of the times I've been there have been stellar. Not a horrible experience but overall not great.

I happened to be in the area so I called and asked about walk in. The lady on the phone was rude with me, but my son needed a haircut so I came in anyway. Waited 15 minutes not bad. An employee just walked in to start her shift and took my son for his cut. I explained the haircut to her more than once and showed pictures for reference. I understand they keep info on the computer of the hair cut but that wasn’t what I asked for. He is supposed to have a Mohawk and be able to spike the top but she cut it all off with scissors. The trimming around the ears and neck are uneven. It look like this was the first time this lady ever gave a haircut. I’m so disappointed because I loved bring my son here. And now I’m not sure if I’ll ever return.

I entered the location at 2:00pm. I recognized there would be a wait, it was crowded. Not once was it mentioned that on top of those I could see, there were SEVERAL with appointments ahead of me. By the time 4:00pm came around, my son was still haircut-less. Due to necessity, I stuck out the ridiculous wait time. I finally left, infuriated, at 4:30. I will not be returning. If it's busy and there are appointments, that's fine - but do not advertise walk-in friendly then when you have walk-ins fail to mention the wait time. The haircut itself was mediocre. I asked for input several times and basically got told whatever I wanted was fine. If that were the case, I wouldn't have asked for input! It was dirty as well which is understandable considering the volume, but my child had another child's locks of hair surrounding his feet clear as day. All in all, a very very rough experience. I've located a new stylist, and will not be returning - almost full punch card and all.
