The stylist did a good job with the cuts on my 2 very squirmy boys!

First I would like to say our stylist Dana H was great! She was very friendly and sweet towards our son for his first hair cut. She did an amazing job especially for how squirmy our son was! But I was disappointed with the ladies up front at reception. We purchased the baby's first hair cut package. We weren't able to leave with his picture or his lock of hair. After I got to the car I realized we had left his lock of hair so I went back to your building to get his lock of hair but the door was already locked due to closing time. I waved and tried to get the receptionists attention but both girls laughed and turned their backs to me which appeared to be quite intetnional (we had just left your establishment maybe 5 minutes prior). The locks of hair were very important to me especially since this was my son's first hair cut. Fortunately one of your caring stylist saw what was happening and she came to check on what I needed. She told me that I would receive my son's lock of hair with his picture that we weren't able to get the time of service. I was very disappointed and upset by how the receptionists treated me. After we paid for our sons haircut we were told it would just be one moment because they were waiting for his picture to print. We waited for about 15 minutes after the hair cut to be told the computer wasn't working and also the memory chip to the camera wasn't working. The receptionist said it would need to be picked up the next day but I asked for it to be mailed to me because I don't get to that side of town often. I would like to bring my son back for future haircuts because of how great Dana H was but I'm not sure that we will come back because of how we were treated by reception.

Just a suggestion to have some kind of gate or fencing that separates the salon area from the play area. It's impossible to keep 3 and under kids to stay in the pay area without a barrier. Also the front door is way too close to the play area with the door lock at the bottom in little ones reach. Between keeping my 2 yr old in the play area and stopping him from locking customers out it was a chore to say the least.

I was a few minutes late (6 minutes), but what I have noticed is even if we have an appointment (and I'm usually) on time, we have had to wait up to 20 min. before.

The stylist was nice and good with our son. I just feel like for what we paid she didn't cut much off.. we should have been charged for a clip not a cut. She said he doesn't have much to cut off.. but yet we just watched the other stylist cut more off the little boy she had (who had very similar amount of hair). I almost feel like I could have done what she did with no expertise. I also feel like she rushed us through to get to the other 3 kids waiting. They need to hire more stylists. We'll be back because we have coupons.

Good experience but not excellent because they had a problem with the software for appointments that let too many people book appointments so they were backed up trying to handle it. They did a good job and really we didn’t end up waiting extremely long. I’ve waited longer at the doctors office. It was maybe an extra 20 minutes? The hair stylist did a great job with my baby though.
