I would've liked to have seen a little more excitement out of staff, a little more personal attention to the kids. But I'm guessing it was because they were overwhelmed with the amount of people waiting for cuts and only 2 stylists on staff.

Cute environment for kids haircut. Loved the certificate we received with a lock of my son's hair for his first haircut. Could revamp the inside of the salon a bit to make it more colorful and cheerful for kids and also improve the "seats" the kids sit in as they all had paint chipped off of them, etc. I like that they had a little playground in the waiting room. The hairdresser we had didn't have clippers that worked right so that was disappointing and not very professional for a hair place.

This was our 2 1/2 year old son’s first professional haircut. I warned the lady that he might not let it happen. She fearlessly jumped right in. He screamed the ENTIRE time. My husband held him. I held his head in place as best I could. It was NERVE WRACKING for the entire place. She handled it like a pro. That being said... I also got the cold chill when paying and my son wasn’t given a balloon. 🙄. So while the stylist was great, the cashier was not as pleasant. We likely won’t return because we don’t live close, and he didn’t care about the cars anyway. It didn’t make any difference as far as his fear.

It is a bit pricey for a kids haircut that took about 5-7 minutes to complete.

His first haircut last month was phenomenal! The follow up with a different stylist this month didn’t go as well. She wasn’t as good at entertaining him and connecting with him to get his trust from her to stay still. Megan cut his hair last month and pulled out all the tricks and had a perfect cut. I’ll definitely be back though. Even though she had to cut the back a lot shorter than we liked to even up a boo boo she’d made when he moved
