I booked an appointment for my toddler and myself 3 days prior to coming. Upon coming in,my toddler was able to get a cut in reasonable time. I was unable to get a cut due to the client before us taking over 2 hours. I shouldn't have been able to book the appointment if I couldn't use that time.

Overall it was a kid friendly environment. Our hair stylist wasn’t who we wanted so that was disappointing . She also wasn’t really friendly but she wasn’t unfriendly, just there.

They were running behind and it was about 20 minutes past our appointment time before we were seen. A little annoying and inconvienient, especially having to wait in the car to be called in with our two year old. Then when we did come in we were allowing our daughterto be comfortable with her first haircut and check the place out when the worker stated "I'm just waiting on you" as in what we felt was a "hurry up tone." Overall great experience for our daughter's first haircut because it's meant for kids and she was distracted the entire time but it's pricey in our opinion for a 1-2 minute hair cut.

Please do not give the children a toy that you will take away from them when the cut is finished. Our grandson was more upset about that than the actual cut. Yes he was fussy during the cut, but now I'm sure with the removal of the distraction made the experience worse. Perhaps you can do really cheap toys and include the cost in the cut fee. It's all about the kids right? How about healthy snacks etc.. As distractions.

I would have rated higher if the salonist would have interacted with either myself in the midst of the haircut. She did greet us with a nice smile and made sure the child was entertained. She did a great job on the styling of the haircut and the environment is great for children. I would both recommend this place and return another time.
