I walked in to the Salon and waited about 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. There was one other client being served. When someone did come to the desk they reeked of cigarette smoke. The service was fine, but I was very distracted by the smell of smoke on the employee.

We had a different stylist than usual. The haircut looks nice, but my son had had a tough day at school and was just not feeling too agreeable. She was a little less patient with him than Salina, who usually cuts his hair. Not a huge deal, but not our typical experience.

very long wait, not on time at all. my husband had appointments for both our kids at 1115 and 1130. he was still waiting at 1210.

We have hired in additional staff recently to help cut back on the wait times. We are also providing additional training to our newer receptionists so they are better able to manage the appointment times. Again, I do apologize and hope you will give us another chance.

We made an appointment online this morning. When we arrived at our designated time, we were then informed that the online reservation system only works if it is done days in advance. This meant that we had to wait because all chairs were occupied and there were two people ahead of us in queue. Since we reserved an appointment, we did not anticipate the 30 minute wait.

We are sorry for any confusion with our online booking site. When scheduling it does require the client to book the appointment one day in advance. This is in order to help with staff scheduling to accommodate the number of appointments.
