The stylist was very unfriendly!!!! This is the first time my daughter had a rude stylist didn't say a word!!!

I was very disappointed to receive a call 15 minutes prior to our appointment informing me that our stylist would not be in. Because I have been waiting for weeks for Salina, I had no choice but to bring my kids in regardless of her presence. This did not go well as usual. Eventhough there were 3 stylists there, only 1 was ready tp work, the other 2 were busy talking for at least 10 minutes. Then the first stylist tried to tell my son which bubbles he could have. If there is only one type of bubble that you want the kids to use, then put the others up. The next stylist (which happened to be the one who was ready to work on time) tried her best but my son had a huge fit due to Salina's absence.

The girl that cut our son’s hair should not be dealing with children under the age of 7 or 8. She was very inpatient with him when he wouldn’t follow her commands (he’s 2.) She sighed and stopped in frustration. If she doesn’t have the patience to deal with this, she should not be working at a kids salon. If this would’ve been our first experience, I would never go back. I would like to know her first name that way I can be sure to not book when she’s working again.

We were running 5 mins late for the appointment and called up 10 mins ahead to ask if that is going to be ok only to be rudely replied on phone as no. I understand being late might mess appointments but this could be explained in a friendly way and when we finally reached 5 mins late there was no one in the salon but treatment there on was much better but reponse on phone was rude and unwelcoming

We waited over 30 minutes with an appointment. The stylist was not very friendly and offered no advice of interaction. We’ve always had a great experience so today was out of the normal. Even when checking in, not so much as a ‘hi’ or ‘welcome’ just who do you have. She seemed almost bothered to have us there. Cut looks good but not the experience we were looking for from a kids salon.

My children loved Cookie Cutters ... my youngest ( 7 ), still does ... but if Great Clips or another establishment would hand out balloons ... there isn't really any other reason to take them except to make it easier for them to agree to a haircut ( and they do because of the balloons). My 9 year old has already outgrown the place and I am sure my daughter will soon ... never thought their haircuts were anything better than places offering 4-8 dollars cheaper cuts, and I think that could definitely make a difference for most families.
