The girl at the front desk was unfriendly. Our hairstylist was ok but I had to ask her to dry my 4-year old granddaughter's hair, not sure why drying a haircut would not automatically included. After fully inspecting her hair I think the "wedge" cut was a little uneven. I will not be going back or referring anybody to visit.

The workers seemed a little tired and not really wanting to be at their job. A mom came in with an uncontrollable toddler that made me feel a little nervous. I think there are some hairs they missed cutting on my son but I kind of understand because he was squirmy.

This was the worst haircut Keaton has ever received. He usually receives good haircuts at this location but today's was an exception. His bangs were cut shorter than normal and they are uneven. Every line in his cut is uneven including neck and above his ears. This is not a case of a wiggley toddler; he was very still and calm. The worst part is tomorrow is picture day at his daycare.

Owen hated his haircut and we ended up having to shave it the next day. I asked for the sides to be a 2, and the top to be about a fingertip, so he could spike it. It was more than an inch long on top after the cut.. Didn't look good on him at all. Never had a bad experience till this visit, and we will probably just shave it at home from now on, instead of paying for a haircut.

Every time I tell them I want my child’s hair left long on top they chop it off. There’s one lady there that can get it right but if she isn’t working we know we’re rewef
