I really like the woman who cuts my sons hair. She makes me feel at ease, and seems to work well with my son (3 years old). She takes notes on his cuts so I don't have to remember salon lingo to get the same hair cut each time. I love their fun seats for the kids, and now they have netflix as an additional distractor. My only note is that in order to save yourself a headache be sure to call ahead and make an appointment. We once waited 30-45 min due to no appointment/walk in and there were far too many unhappy/wild young children for my sanity! :) It's not always crowded by any means but that one time ensured that I will always make an appointment.

We are always treated very well at Cookie Cutters. They even put notes on our account on the size of trimmer we need and the type of cut. The only feedback I have is to put numbers on the ratings so we know which button is good and which is bad. Also a need to update the games in the store. Other than that, everything else is excellent.
