Our sons hair is 3 different lengths in the back of his head. I have no idea how this happened. His Mom was with him this time. She has cancer and she is not capable of seeing very well right now. I don't know if the stylist knew that from looking at her and just said to their self "she wont complain so oh well". But our sons hair was not trimmed well at all.

I think the concept is wonderful, but I truly feel as though the majority hairstylists, do not know how to cut hair. My son's hair was cut uneven,his neck was not shaved or cleaned up. I was cringing as he was getting his hair cut. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I take my child there. The stylists NEED to know what they are doing.

Typically, the haircuts are just okay. We come only for the distractions. However, this is the second time my kid left with lines in his hair from what I assume is bad, dull clippers. The cut looked ok when wet afterwards but once it dried, it looks pretty terrible. He looks like he has steps on the sides of his head. It's awful. Wish I didn't pay $18 for it.

I apologize for the service you receive on your last visit and that you are unhappy with the haircut. if you would call the salon they can get you back in and have one of our manager or long term stylists take a look at the haircut and get it fixed for you. Again, I do apologize.

We had an appointment at 4:30 and didn't even go back to a chair until after 5. I understand being a little behind but to be over 30 mins behind when a customer has an appointment is uncalled for.

Learn the definition of appointments. There were at least 3 appointments scheduled for the same time as ours and we were told "it's a 15 minute wait." It was a half hour wait. Not very professional at any salon to have that much wait time when an appointment was made and confirmed.

Need more people working on Fridays second time I've been in and had to come back with an appointment cuz the line was so long and only 2 peole cutting hair then made an appointment and had to wait 45 mins still..
