I think the concept is wonderful, but I truly feel as though the majority hairstylists, do not know how to cut hair. My son's hair was cut uneven,his neck was not shaved or cleaned up. I was cringing as he was getting his hair cut. Unfortunately, this will be the last time I take my child there. The stylists NEED to know what they are doing.

I had appointments for 2 kids one wasn't seen until about an hour after his appointment my other was about 40 min after her appointment time. There was only one lady cutting hair. The lady that did their hair was very nice and did a great job. I actually tried to get their hair cut there the day before but was turned down because they said appointments were booked for the day. The fact that I had to wait so long after my appointment time I would've thought I would get a good discount.

Please do not give the children a toy that you will take away from them when the cut is finished. Our grandson was more upset about that than the actual cut. Yes he was fussy during the cut, but now I'm sure with the removal of the distraction made the experience worse. Perhaps you can do really cheap toys and include the cost in the cut fee. It's all about the kids right? How about healthy snacks etc.. As distractions.

Thank you for your suggestion regarding the distractions during a kidscut. After 22 years of operating salons for kids we have seen how the distraction does help. We do not allow and food in the salon as there is contamination issues with the hair, and we have offered toys for sale in the past for parents to purchase. I understand your child was upset and the issue should have been handled better, but please accept our apology for how it turned out. Our staff has been notified of the issue and will do better.

this is the 3rd time we have received a subpar haircut. If my grandson had been fussing and fighting that would be one thing, but he was just sitting there watching Mickey Mouse. I have 2 haircuts left on my prepaid card and then we will be finding a new place for his haircuts. Too bad because he does so well there and loves to play on the slide while he is there.
