I think the regular price for the haircut is a little expensive. We only go with a coupon. Also- maybe putting a towel around the back of the next for extra coverage from the fallen hair so it's not so itchy/uncomfortable for the child. At times they seem to be short staffed and there is always hair all over the kid seats.

My son is very sensitive to noise but your stylist was super with him! And she didn't get intimidated by his scared reaction to hearing the scissors and his moving around. She was very patient with him and we were served promptly.

Michelle is the best. She has worked so well with creating the unique styles that my boys want. This is the "Ethan" cut from Pokemon.

Typically, the haircuts are just okay. We come only for the distractions. However, this is the second time my kid left with lines in his hair from what I assume is bad, dull clippers. The cut looked ok when wet afterwards but once it dried, it looks pretty terrible. He looks like he has steps on the sides of his head. It's awful. Wish I didn't pay $18 for it.

I apologize for the service you receive on your last visit and that you are unhappy with the haircut. if you would call the salon they can get you back in and have one of our manager or long term stylists take a look at the haircut and get it fixed for you. Again, I do apologize.
