Colton has been getting his haircut there since he was two months old. This is the worst haircut he's had he looks like the character from dumb and dumber. I scheduled his appointment with Selena and she wasn't able to come in today. My husband let someone else cut his hair and whoever did it should not and I repeat not becoming kids hair!!!!!!! I would never recommend the person that cut his hair to anyone!!!!!!

I was very disappointed to receive a call 15 minutes prior to our appointment informing me that our stylist would not be in. Because I have been waiting for weeks for Salina, I had no choice but to bring my kids in regardless of her presence. This did not go well as usual. Eventhough there were 3 stylists there, only 1 was ready tp work, the other 2 were busy talking for at least 10 minutes. Then the first stylist tried to tell my son which bubbles he could have. If there is only one type of bubble that you want the kids to use, then put the others up. The next stylist (which happened to be the one who was ready to work on time) tried her best but my son had a huge fit due to Salina's absence.

We apologize for the late notice on your appoinement letting you know that Salina would not be in. We notified all her appointments as quickly as we could and Salina felt aweful that she had to call in that day knowing she had several appointments scheduled. I also apologize for the service you described and I have talked with the employees working that day to remind them of our customer service expectations so this would not happen again. I do hope you will give us another chance to earn your families business.

Dana was so personal and friendly to not only our daughter, but to us as well. She made the experience fun for our 2 year old and even offered to braid her hair, which our daughter loved! We are very pleased!

We had a different stylist than usual. The haircut looks nice, but my son had had a tough day at school and was just not feeling too agreeable. She was a little less patient with him than Salina, who usually cuts his hair. Not a huge deal, but not our typical experience.

We had an appointment at 4:30 and didn't even go back to a chair until after 5. I understand being a little behind but to be over 30 mins behind when a customer has an appointment is uncalled for.
