I was a nervous first time mom and Ginger was so amazing. She was so friendly and reassured me everything would be ok. My son only had a few tears and she acted comfortable the entire time and gave him a great haircut. I appreciate how she made his first haircut experience pleasant for our whole family. She reassured me it was normal for kids to cry and that made me feel much better!

Great place to take the kids for a haircut. Relaxing environment, calm. Staff is very patient with the kids. Absolutely would recommend this location!

We bring my son here once a month for a haircut, we usually have Ginger and she is great with my son. Today we had Kelsey. My son is 3 and obviously doesn't hold perfectly still foe a haircut, what toddler does? Kelsey was rude to my son and obviously annoyed, repeatedly rolled her eyes and forcefully told him he had to be still and it was his fault his hair was uneven. She has no business working with children since she clearly doesn't have the patience and has a terrible attitude.

Lorin was our stylist. The person that checked us in barely greeted us, said someone would be with us shortly. Our appointment was at 9:30 and our person didn’t show up until 9:35 and then didn’t even greet or apologize for her tardiness. She barely spoke to us or made it a special moment. It was awkward and rushed. She walked away to the counter after the haircut was done, so I removed his cape and took him up to the counter where she silently was on the computer. I walked up to pay and she handed me the certificate and said he could pick out a balloon. She started helping the next people, so I went up to her and asked if that was it, she said yes and we left. I wish I had never gone there, it ruined the experience of my sons first haircut. I get that people aren’t morning people and it’s a job but maybe take some consideration in the fact that this is a core memory for parents and to at least act like you care. I will not be returning and I’m glad I had a gift card rather than wasting my money on such a waste of experience.
