I asked for a small trim and she cut my son's hair so much making it look very jagged. My father had to try and fix lining up his ears as well.

Lorin was our stylist. The person that checked us in barely greeted us, said someone would be with us shortly. Our appointment was at 9:30 and our person didn’t show up until 9:35 and then didn’t even greet or apologize for her tardiness. She barely spoke to us or made it a special moment. It was awkward and rushed. She walked away to the counter after the haircut was done, so I removed his cape and took him up to the counter where she silently was on the computer. I walked up to pay and she handed me the certificate and said he could pick out a balloon. She started helping the next people, so I went up to her and asked if that was it, she said yes and we left. I wish I had never gone there, it ruined the experience of my sons first haircut. I get that people aren’t morning people and it’s a job but maybe take some consideration in the fact that this is a core memory for parents and to at least act like you care. I will not be returning and I’m glad I had a gift card rather than wasting my money on such a waste of experience.

The lady that cut my sons hair got aggravated when he wouldn’t keep his head down mind you he’s hardly two years old and she pinned his head against the steering wheel of the train because he wouldn’t listen to her. I will not be bringing my son back nor would I ever for this place to anybody else the way my son was treated was unprofessional and uncalled for they should be No reason to pin a babies head hard against a steering wheel because they didn’t listen to you

I was really upset she didnt line up my so s hair there were spots that were missed and my husband wasnt very happy she said she's not a barber so she doesnt feel comfortable doing it smh

I brought my one year-old for a second haircut. We got there early so he could acclimate to the area and pick his chair pair. When I first got there, I asked if we could use the bathroom so I could change the diaper. The stylist was like that’s fine. Afterwards I was letting him walk around to pick which chair and the stylist wanted him to go to the one she was standing next to. Since we were the only ones I asked if he could look around and within 30 seconds he stood in front of one for a moment, and she walked over and said well use this one because he’s right here. She started spraying his head and combing it, roughly which made him cry immediately. She went on to explain that I need to comb his hair more so that way it’s not so tingly. Feeling reprimanded I just climbed up. I could see that his ears and head were red from the abusive combing. I wanted to leave within 30 seconds and pay.. The stylus was yelling to her coworker. How will be the last ones of the day. I know she was excited to leave early to go to the fair. I apologize because I felt bad keeping her there at work even though we showed up early tomorrow appointment. Her attitude was horrible. The service was terrible. I can easily say I will never go back there. I drive 40 minutes to get there because I thought it was a good experience.
