A simple trim of the back of the neck and ears on a little boy. Had to have her redo it as it was almost an inch difference on the sides. NOT returning ever again. Took her less than 5 minutes and no other hair was touched.

We brought our child in for their first haircut. The experience was far from special. Every chair was covered in hair from prior cuts and the floor was left a mess. The stylist was less than enthused to be working and didn't use any tactics to help our kiddo adapt to this new experience. The stylist reprimanded us for using the word 'cut' in front of our child and blamed the subsequent fear on us using that language. The haircut was ultimately a few snips and the hair gathered for the memory bag was probably not only my child's. The photo for the certificate was horrible and did not even show our child's face. An absolute disaster. I brought my own camera to document the experience or we certainly would be left absolutely devastated by the keepsake. I think it would have been helpful to have a chat about what would happen during this experience right at the front desk before going back. An improvement in the stylist's demeanor would also have gone a long way. We weren't even told a photo was to be taken for the keepsake so we had no idea helping our child smile would be of value. We will not be back and will encourage our friends to steer clear as well.

The person who cut my child’s hair today did not seem to be familiar with dealing with kids. She jumped in with clippers and did not give him a second to acclimate. Startled and scared him. It was very clear that she just wanted to cut the hair as fast as possible and was unconcerned with making him feel comfortable at all.

It was extremely dirty. The little car my child sat in was broke and she didn't clean after the last kid. This was my child's first haircut appt and wasn't a good experience. The greenwood location was not great at all.

For our appointment on December 16 3018. We were 5 mins late for our appointment. And we called in to say we will be less than 5 mins late for our appointment. We were treated extremely bad and were asked to wait for one hour without even being listened to. As expected we were less than 5 mins late. Bad service cookie cutters Greenwood. Very disappointing customer service and we would likely be not recom tho s place to anyone and not visiting this place as well from here on. This survey is for the appointment on dec 16 2018.
