While the person was nice enough during the session, she did not listen to the request as stated. My husband was standing there and gave instructions to cut our son's hair like his. My husband has a high fade with the top about 2-3" long. She began trimming down the side with clippers. No problem as we had been growing his hair out since Dec to do this style and knew that length needed to go. She then wet the top, which she was instructed to leave long, and said "let's get this out of your eyes." Snip. As you can see from the picture attached - I hope - the top is now about and 1.5" long at most. Nothing like my husbands hair or what he asked for. When my husband asked about the length still on the sides, he was told she couldn't cut it as short as his. I've had his hair cut here before, and it has definitely been clipped closer then this. At this point, he said he had her trim the rest of the top to match because she cut the front so short the original style wouldn't work. There was limited blending and the front is ruler straight across his forehead where before we had a nice fringe. It looks more like an at home haircut than one from a salon. As such, I will more likely than not not be returning in the future unless I find myself with no other alternative based on this cut. While she was nice, the service received was not worth the money paid.

My son has gone to this location 2 times now and I have regretted both times. He went today with his dad to get an undercut (short on the sides and long on top) and when I got home and saw it, it looked like someone put a bowl on top of his head and cut around it. The sides are all choppy and the top looks like they missed multiple spots. He has bangs now that are also choppy. He has gotten this same haircut before at a different place and it was exactly how I wanted it. My son moves a little during a haircut just like any other toddler but not enough for it to look like this. His birthday party is tomorrow and now I have to find some where that can fix it before then. I am usually not someone to leave a review, ecspecially bad ones, but for $19 it should have been a better cut.

The stylist was wearing a t-shirt featuring a band name and skull, not something you want to see at any salon but especially not one designed for small children and babies. She was also wearing yoga pants, just looked very unprofessional to us. Her demeanor was not appropriate for a child’s salon and she was rude not only to us the parents but to our son. We’ve been to this location before and had a great experience but the stylist we encountered in this visit makes us want to drive the 45 miles back to our old home town salon.

Unprofessional and very rude because I asked them to clean up some spots they missed with the clippers! Will not be going back there!

We’ve been here once before and it was great. When we went to the seat I tried to tel her what I wanted and she blew it off with a know it all attitude and I believed it. During she was what I’d consider rude to a 3 year old. No patience at all. At the end I had to point out missed spots. She didn’t style it at all. And now that I’m home looking at it she missed massive long spots on top.
