In the past we've had variable results in terms of quality of the haircut and attention to detail, but this time we had Helen and she did a great job cleaning up my little one's shaggy mop! She even put a little gel in his hair and styled it up a bit. My kiddo was happy and the style was great!

I was a little displeased because we had a 3:15 appointment and were not seen until a little after 3:30 which normally wouldn't upset me however two of the three employees were giving each other haircuts while we waited. We have been there three times for my son's haircut and 2/3 times there was an employee giving another employee a haircut. I understand they have downtime it seems like the times I have been there and seen an employee getting a haircut would be peak busy times for them. The lady who did cut my son's hair was very nice and efficient. You could tell she had experience cutting toddlers hair. I think it would be nice if someone could check you out while your child is getting their haircut especially for the little ones as it is hard doing that while my son is trying to run around.

We have come to Michele twice for Connor's haircuts and she is the BEST! I will always make our future appointments with only her. She really takes her time with him because he hates getting his hair cut.

Holly did an excellent job with my son during his first haircut. definitely will be going back for his second haircut. I also recommend using Holly as the stylist.

We have been coming to Holly at the greenwood store since she cut his hair on his first birthday! He now looks forward to getting his hair cut and he is 2 1/2. Thanks, brandy all
