I had a facial because there were several areas on my face that had small growths that had defied my dermatologist. The overall experience with Nury was lovely and relaxing and I had confidence in her knowledge and experience. Alas, I emerged with the same small growths that had vexed me. I probably need to return to my dermatologist. Despite the limited outcome, I would still recommend the Salon for facials and for their great pedicures. (I haven't had a manicure.)

Nina has created a wonderful salon. The layout and design are welcoming, spacious and spotless clean. Her staff is attentive and professional. I highly recommend Love Spa to anyone looking for a great spa experience.

I booked a 60 minute hot so massage. I arrived a few minutes before 10 AM and was taken back about 10 minutes later. That being said my massage was not started until about 1015 and it ended a few minutes before 11. Although the massage was great, it was about 45 minutes long. Yes massage was supposed to be 60 minutes.

Spa music on Amazon device kept popping to ads or repeating songs. Not a huge deal but somewhat disruptive and an easy fix! 😊I’ll be back!

good overall experience! however, salon was cold (even if it's winter, salon should not be cold - especially the massage room! massage room was freezing.) i know the music was 'broken' but holiday music in the massage room was not pleasant (spa music/ocean waves, etc. would have been better of course). manicurist was awesome - wonderful woman (bruna) but mani chipped instantly so maybe have staff more mindful of painting edges and doing more than 1-2 coats? again, bruna was great - just might have been the polish? no hot towels for pedicure (i know it was busy before christmas and i am understanding of that, just letting you know). it was not pleasant to have no hot towel after my legs and feet were wet in a cold salon :). thank you!
