For being a childrens place, I thought it would be much more cleaner. The playground had hair all over it, and it really needs fixed. The little cars that the kids sit on for their hair cuts were broken. This was the first time ever taking my son in to get a hair cut (he is 12 months) and I asked to see some hair styles and an older lady told me to look online. This place needs updating and cleaned.

Check in lady was rude and not paying attention. She put us when the wrong hair dresser. Hank was supposed to see Vicki and she gave us Emily

too expensive just to cut my baby’s bangs straight across (and still uneven) in five seconds and done.

Our stylist was nice but we asked to just clean up the sides and trim the top a little bit. We ended up getting a helmet haircut. It will grow back but this seemed pretty bad.

Ryan’s haircut was well done & the stylist who cut it did a great job, however the receptionist’s behavior was not anywhere near professional. When I walked in to check in, she was on her cell phone and had her AirPods in. At checkout, she had her head down on the counter, AirPods still in, scrolling social media, and ignored me as I stood there waiting to pay. I finally had to ask her if I could pay. She did not engage with any of the customers. While the stylist was great, I do not know that I would return based upon the receptionist’s lack of professional conduct. We did call and follow up on the phone as we were running late to another appt at the end of his haircut.
