We had just a quick trim but I thought they might style her hair a little after but not sure if that's just not included

This was my child's first real haircut, I had her bangs but when she was like 2(at this same place), she is now 4 going on 5. The station that we were at where my daughter sat still had hair pretty well covering it, several chunks in the seat, in the floor, and in the door frame of her chosen car. I had paid for the shampoo service, the lady that cut her hair did fine, but cut her hair completely dry, did not even wet ti down to cut it. When she finished, I told her that I had selected to option with the shampoo, and she said great that is where I can see if I actually did a good job,if I got it all. Every time I have had my hair cut they have always at least wet my hair down, so I was a little concerned, and glad I had said something, or it would not have happened, and then my daughter might have had messed up hair. She was nice enough, and it was a very busy day, but things should still be done correctly, and cleanly.

We tried to go the night before but the salon was closed at 7pm, even though the store sign said 8pm. Prices are a little high for the quality of the cut but my toddler loves the cars.

The lady cutting the hair looks like she was in a hurry and I was not satisfied with my sons hair cut.

I think we may have outgrown the salon. The cut was not good for his thick hair. He has a very high forehead and the “bangs” were cut way too short. The stylist thinned and thinned his thick, lush hair. He is five years old and has problems sitting still. She was not as patient as a person in an establishment like this should be. In fact, she didn’t relate with him at all. Disappointed for sure. Been there 10-15 times. No more.

Stylist did an excellent job and was very attentive and sensitive to needs of child and parent. Rest of salon was pretty chaotic possibly due to heavy traffic. A place to hang out le coats / jackets would have been nice. More stylists to deal with high demand may have alleviated tension and overall congestion in the shop. Overall a good experience - all due to stylist.
