I was very pleased with my service while at cookie cutters. The only issue I have is when I called to make sure my appointments where still confirmed because it wasn't showing on my app the lady that I called the night before was very rude on the phone! It was the 25th when I called for her to be rude and say that I canceled when I know I didn't because I'm a banker and my phone is put up and not allowed in my office. When she told me the time that it was canceled there was no way for that to happen from myself!
