The woman who cut my son's hair was an angel. She never once complained or seemed put out and, trust me, I wouldn't have blamed her. He's 3 and was terrified, distracted, and an overall pain; but she made us feel as welcome as my own hair dresser does. I really appreciated it. I recommend Cookie Cutters to every parent I know because of how well you deal with wiggling children who are scared - you guys just roll with the punches.
