There were notes on my child’s profile. Said notes were mentioned prior to the appointment with the stylist and then read back to confirm. The stylist then took clippers to my child’s head . It honestly looked like I did this with clippers from home. The stylist only said sorry without finishing the cut. Hair was completely missed around the ears, neck and his cowlick was uneven. She left hair clippings on his neck and shirt without dusting off my child leaving him miserably itchy. They expected me to pay for such a terrible service and all they could say was “sorry” without options to fix the situation. I refuse To go back to cookie cutters and I will advise everyone I know against it.

Vicki is the best in the business. My little guys struggled to get haircuts until I brought them into cookie cutters. Vicki is always patient and sweet no matter what mood my boys come with.

The salon itself could use some improvements - such as repairing the slide and getting the chairs to function as they should. But otherwise we always make a reservation with Sarah and I recommend her 10/10. She is great with kiddos and is very detailed oriented. She takes her time ensuring perfection and ultimately the parent is satisfied with the outcome. She is a very kind soul and makes your kiddo shine!

Our stylist did above and beyond with my sons hair! My son was very unsure of the experience, but his stylist took her time and was really patient with him! Even with the wind in his hair it still looks wonderful!!!

When we walked in, we were greeted very warmly. Everything was great until we got into the chair for the cut. The stylist asked wanted we wanted. It was his first hair cut and he has curly hair so I told I wasn’t sure because I’ve never had a curly headed child before. I told her the sides needed shaping up but other than that whatever she thought was best. The stylist did not look happy about what I said. I was asking her advice on the best cut for him to keep the curls. She gave no advice and was not friendly at all. She looked irritated to be there. She trimmed his hair, about an inch all over except the top which did not get cut at all. He hair basically looks the same as it did and you can’t tell it was even cut. The stylist made the experience a disappointment due to her attitude.

My son is not good at haircuts and we were treated with kindness and respect despite his behavior. As the mom of a challenging toddler I appreciated this so much. Great service.
