Stylist did not listen to a thing I said about how we usually cut his hair. I specifically said not straight across bangs and she cut them blunt. Basically buzzed his whole head even though I told her we usually do scissors on top. And our product in his hair without asking and he is allergic to a ton of stuff. I’m very very unhappy with this service today and will absolutely ask to not see this stupid again

I am very disappointed with the hair cut my child received today. I would describe it politely as a chop job. The stylist took a ton of hair off my son. He’s a toddler, and his hairline now looks like he’s a 20-something naval graduate. He has a strong cowlick in back. Who shaves a child’s hair way above the cowlick so it can’t sit down? Then she cut super uneven on top—see the photo of the missing “chunk” to the left of his bangs. When we tried to explain our disappointment to the stylist, she just said that’s what my wife told her to do. Are you kidding? My wife just wanted the back cut shorter after it had grown out, not the whole back taken off. I am so embarrassed right now. It’s Christmas week and there’s no way he will look “normal” in family photos. How would you feel if this happened to your child right before Christmas?

We came for my son’s “baby’s first haircut” the hair stylist was great. However we ended up waiting for an extra 30 minutes for the front desk staff to figure out how to get the included picture to attach to the included certificate and attempt to print. The end result was me texting a picture I took and then they uploaded that to the certificate, but the staff were unable to print the certificate. So they texted the certificate to me for us to print at home. It wasn’t the best experience for us.

When we walked in, we were greeted very warmly. Everything was great until we got into the chair for the cut. The stylist asked wanted we wanted. It was his first hair cut and he has curly hair so I told I wasn’t sure because I’ve never had a curly headed child before. I told her the sides needed shaping up but other than that whatever she thought was best. The stylist did not look happy about what I said. I was asking her advice on the best cut for him to keep the curls. She gave no advice and was not friendly at all. She looked irritated to be there. She trimmed his hair, about an inch all over except the top which did not get cut at all. He hair basically looks the same as it did and you can’t tell it was even cut. The stylist made the experience a disappointment due to her attitude.

When we booked the appointment with the kids first haircut package no one bothered to tell us the software to print the certificate and picture wasn’t working. The receptionist was rude when we told them the only reason we came to Cookie Cutters was to get that special package. The stylist only spent less than 10 minutes cutting and it cost $18, way overpriced. Never returning

Ryan’s haircut was well done & the stylist who cut it did a great job, however the receptionist’s behavior was not anywhere near professional. When I walked in to check in, she was on her cell phone and had her AirPods in. At checkout, she had her head down on the counter, AirPods still in, scrolling social media, and ignored me as I stood there waiting to pay. I finally had to ask her if I could pay. She did not engage with any of the customers. While the stylist was great, I do not know that I would return based upon the receptionist’s lack of professional conduct. We did call and follow up on the phone as we were running late to another appt at the end of his haircut.
