The hair cut didn’t match the picture provided. Hair looks awful and embarrassing. The hairdresser was nice and worked well with children. I am. It sure how this haircut can be fixed. We will not be returning.

I was disappointed in the outcome of my daughter’s cut. When I first talked with the stylist I said we just need a trim and to cut only about an inch off which would be right at her shoulders. By the time she was done cutting my daughter’s hair was at her chin. I know it will grow back, but we just came in for a trim and not a complete chop.

The stylists are not great with the children and are not polite with the parents. The visit was extremely disappointing for the price.

It was my child's first haircut so it was a big milestone for us They didn't even realize at first that it was the first haircut even though I got a reservation specifically for a first haircut. My daughters bangs also turned out awful. They look terrible. I am so embarrassed. They are way too short and are very uneven. I know it cant be easy cutting children's hair but that I choose cookie cutters because I figured they would have the experience needed to cut my child's hair. Overall I was very disappointed with the experience. It's not what i had in mind at all, i will not be back. The staff were friendly and kind, however, just didnt make her first haircut a big deal.

I take my kids to this place every two weeks for hair cuts. But this last time i got a new girl ive never seen. I told her I wanted a bald fade for my son she shaved just a little off the bottom of his head then didn't even get none of the little hairs standing up on the top of his head. Plus my son is one and she kept telling him to stop moving and getting frustrated when he wasn't listening. Not happy at all with his hair cut.

Hairstylist was rude and did a TERRIBLE job! I said it was “okay” just so she wouldn’t cut anymore.
