I have to say that the ladies that cut my boys hair are great; however, when answering the phone for a business you should state your name, thanks for calling cookie cutters and how can I help you instead of just "hello". When someone says only "hello" it's one unprofessional and then I'm thinking to myself "did I call the right place?!" The girl on the phone acted like I was such an inconvenience to her by calling to make appointments.

I am from Castleton and used to go to the cookie cutters up in Fishers. I enjoyed having the option of suckers for the kids and they would always have online coupons for $10 haircuts which was very helpful for a mom of two boys. It would be nice if the balloons were on strings rather than sticks, because my boys are very young and the sticks are sharp and not safe for them.I remove the sticks as soon as we get into the car. Overall, as often as I can go up to Fishers I do because of the better prices.
