I used the app as I thought it would make sure we were in and out. We were there right before 5pm (our appointments) and had to wait 25 minutes as they were behind. I understand it happens and don't fault the woman working. It's just frustrating when we can't start within 5 minutes and I have to corral 2 children who both have appointments from running to where the working area is and don't get hurt on the slide. For this daughter she has autism and we struggle getting her out and handle public situations because of her sensory issues and having to wait longer than we should makes everything more stressful on my daughter and in turn my family. Can we please work on wait times? I want to continue coming as we always have a good experience with haircuts/employees but need to keep appointments for my family. Thank you
